Bobby Deol is also popularly known as Vijay Singh Deol is a Bollywood actor and music deejay born on 27 January 1969 in Mumbai, Maharastra, India. He is well recognized in acting in thriller films as a villain or lead actor. He mostly acts as an antihero whereby his mission is to revenge death, and the themes vary from deceit, revenge, and jealousy. The career spans more than 20 years, winning several awards along the way.

Deol was born and raised in Mumbai commercial city of India. His parents Dharmendra and Parkash Kaur are Bollywood stars. He has five siblings and a stepmother. Abhay Deol is his cousin who is an actor.
Bobby Deol Acting Career
As a child, he appeared in the movie Dharam Veer(1977) for a small role. His major debut in Bollywood was Barsaat(1995). He was the character Badal a young boy who went to the city and was entangled by the police and criminals due to falling in love. He broke his leg while filming. The debut helped him win the debut award of Filmfare awards. His breakthrough came through the movie Gupt(1997). He portrays a young man named Sahil who was wrongfully jailed after false accusations of killing his stepfather.
Deol appeared in two movies in 1998: Kareeb and Soldier. Sunny Deol his brother directed the film Dillagi(1999) which was his debut directorial. Bobby also starred in other movies directed by his brother such as; 23rd March 1931(2002), Apne(2007), and Yamla Pagla Deewana(2011).
Veer continued with his success by starring in three movies in 2000: Badal, Hum To Mohabbat Karega, and Bichhoo. Bicho received lukewarm reviews from movie critics.
Dharam in 2002 received a Filmfare nomination for the best actor for his excellent performance in the hit film Humraaz. The following year he took a break from acting though he came back in the scene by appearing in the Kismat(2004) alongside Priyanka Chopra. He later starred in the thriller Jurm about a wealthy entrepreneur Malhotra who suspects his wife of having an affair. His acting prowess received excellent reviews.
In 2007 Dharam appeared in 6 films( Shakalaka, Jhoom, Naqqab, Om Shanti Om and Nanhe). It was a record-breaking number as all did well in the box office.
The Ek; Deol played the Power of One(2009) as a young boy who killed a politician. He then shot Help in Mauritius. Thank you a movie with Sonam Kapoor was shot in 2011. It is about a man who is not truthful to his wife. Since then he had appeared only in one movie in 2017.
